Tom has professional experience in wildlife biology and recreation management, working in these areas since 1997 and with Cirrus since 2005. He has experience with a variety of natural systems throughout the Intermountain West. With expertise in field research, data collection, and technical writing, he has worked in the areas of sensitive/endangered wildlife species, wetlands, and noxious weeds. He has assisted in the preparation of NEPA and ESA compliance documents on large-scale federal, state, local, and tribal government projects. He has assisted in the preparation of Biological Assessments and Evaluations, Environmental Impact Statement, Environmental Assessments, Categorical Exclusions, Biological Technical Reports, MIS reports, and wetland reports. In addition, he has completed U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service protocolsurveys and presented community educational programs. |
